Michael Boehm Memorial Scholarship

Michael Boehm was a role model and friend to Coach Nate and many. Michael played youth and high school hockey in Dickinson, ND and loved his position as goaltender. He was selfless, encouraging, and a student of the game. Michael served as a staff member for Goalrobber and loved passing along his goaltending knowledge. He was the epitome of what Goalrobber Hockey Schools stands for – helping others become fiercely competitive goaltenders and excellent people. Michael unexpectedly passed away in 2005. His death was heart-wrenching, and those he loved miss him to this day; however, his legacy lives on. One way his influence continues is in the form of the Michael Boehm memorial scholarship, which serves as a way to empower Goalrobber’s mission to provide world class training to all goaltenders, despite their financial circumstances. Dozens of goaltenders have benefited from this memorial scholarship, and we hope to continue to provide assistance to those who demonstrate financial need, a passion for goaltending, and the giving qualities Michael modeled. If you or anyone you know would benefit from such a scholarship, please see our application or pass this information along. We know Michael would be proud of this initiative, and we look forward to being reunited with him someday.
